set up in 1986 as an assembly company on
third parties’ account. Since the
beginning, when the human resource and
the product development departments still
were based on an handicraft organisation,
up to the present times, EFFEBI
consistently changed from an organisation
and technological view point, in
competition with the most important
production companies, thus becoming a
privileged supplier of leading groups in
the car, refrigeration and house
appliance sectors. Such a consistent
development lead to an increase in
production and to a different product
offer, even though flexible as a small
industrial handicraft company, but
providing for the latest quality and
efficiency standards thanks to the
diversified international partnerships.
